Dr. Robert Mogielnicki is a Paris-based Middle East Advisor, Non-Resident Fellow at the Arab Gulf States Institute, and a Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center Research Fellow for 2025-26. He is the author of A Political Economy Free Zones in Gulf Arab States and has just submitted an edited book about sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East and Asia (Palgrave Macmillan, 2025).
