Paul Ingram is a senior fellow at the British American Security Information Council (BASIC), and previously its executive director for twelve years. Ingram is a core member of the METO Project, a civil society collective seeking progress on establishing a Middle East WMD-Free Zone. He has hosted many expert workshops across the region, and was for six years a talk show host on Iranian television.
