M. Anis Salem is former Egyptian ambassador and coordinator of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs working group on the United Nations. He is also a board member of the Center for Political Research and Studies and Intercultural Dialogue at Cairo University. Salem worked with UNICEF across the world from 1984 to 2008.
