Garret Barnwell is a clinical psychologist and community psychology practitioner. He is also a University Research Committee Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg. He has over ten years of community psychology experience, including in the humanitarian sector, and has worked in South Africa, Somaliland, as well as Lebanon and Turkey on the Syria war, among other countries.
